Employee Development

Employee development is continuous at Harris & Associates. To foster the goals and overall development of our employees, we have an annual program in which employees create employee development plans (EDPs). The EDP lists skills or competencies that employees would like to focus on. The EDP also lists goals of the employees related to these focus areas. Managers and employees work together to provide continuous feedback to one another throughout the year.

Harris Leadership Academy

Each year, a select group of employee-owners participate in the Harris Leadership Academy, a comprehensive leadership and development program that includes classroom sessions, individual assessments, coaching and special projects. Are you one of Harris' future leaders?
