Harris has provided a wide range of infrastructure asset management services to over 100 public agencies since 1985, when we developed one of the nation’s first PC-based pavement management systems. We now support many of the leading public- and private-domain systems. We also apply our engineering-based knowledge of public infrastructure to help agencies comply with new GASB 34 commitments and ADA compliance. Services Asset management is an effective tool to assist public works, finance, and other agency professionals understand the value of its public infrastructure and the investment needed to protect that value.
