Robert Guletz, P.E., Vice President, of Harris & Associates, is one of the presenters at the 2008 Publics Works Officers Institute and Mini Expo in La Jolla, California. He is joined by Uche Udemezue, Director of Engineering and Transportation, City of San Leandro; Kyle Lei, Assistant Engineer, City of San Leandro; and Daniel Woldenbeset Ph.D., Director of Public Works, Alameda County.
 
A portion of Mr. Guletz’ presentation discusses the need for participation in local high school career events representing engineering in general, but focusing on civil engineering.
